Integrity

The Electronic Communication Act took effect on 25 July 2003. According to this law, each visitor must be informed if the website they are visiting uses ‘cookies’.

A cookie is a small text file containing technical information sent from our internet server and saved by your Internet browser on your computer’s hard disk. We use cookies to identify users as unique but anonymous individuals. This helps us to record the number of visitors and provides statistics and information on how many users we have on our website and what they are doing. In some cases, we use cookies to remember the settings you selected.

If you do not want to accept cookies you can set your Internet browser to automatically refuse to save cookies or notify you each time a website asks to save a cookie. If you choose not to accept cookies, certain functions can still be used, but you may limit the functionality on certain websites.
